, you can be sure of expert training sessions to fully utilise your potential for martial arts. Our Taekwon-Do sparring sessions are designed for students who want to develop their sparring skills and improve physical fitness levels.
Sparring drills and pad work drills are conducted alongside general sparring and combat sparring sessions. Talk to us to know more about our training schemes. Please note that you will need a full set of sparring equipment and basic knowledge of TKD to be eligible for sparring sessions.
Our classes are conducted as per the following schedule.
Thursday: 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM for juniors & Veteran
Thursday: 07:30 PM to 08:30 PM for adults only
