At Burbage Taekwon-Do Academy, with the use of martial art techniques, students are trained to fully condition their bodies. With cardiovascular workouts, we help the students to build endurance, stamina, strength and power. Workouts include bag work, pad drills, circuits, dumbbells, medicine balls, ladder work, skipping and cardio fitness. All our classes are graded to individual fitness levels.
